We needed a product that will be easily cleaned when needed since the walls were collecting a lot of dust. We ended up using a product by Sherwin Williams called “Pre-cat Water based Epoxy”. They chose Eggshell, came out great. You can’t really tell in the video but we used a 16ft extension pole on this one. Any job with the 16′ extension pole is a good one. A good exercise at least.

What happened here was that we had already painted that place, but they had a big banner on that wall that they had originally told us to not bring it down and just paint around it. Not bring it down and paint around it was exactly what we did. A few months later they called saying they brought a small banner down so they needed us to paint it. It was a small banner plus we do our grocery shopping there so we went and did it for free. A month later again they called saying they brought down one of the big banners that they originally told us to paint around and not take it down, Now this one was too big to not charge so we had to charge for our time to go back for it. We feathered it in, and it all blended in real good even though it was eggshell.

Back to Sherwin Williams’ Pro Industrial Waterbased Pre Catalyzed Epoxy. What a long name right? Great product. It withstands wiping, cleaning even with chemicals. Walls painted with normal paint, if you clean them with certain popular strong cleaning chemicals, the walls will get chemical burns, burned marks that kind of look like they would glow in the dark. Ever seen those chemical burns in the walls of a hospital or clinic? Chemical burns on the walls from strong cleaning chemicals.
